Family had cause for optimism as they approached the new year together. But on New Year's Eve, peggy felt an ominous feeling come over her. The cupboard was now rocking back and forth, banging loudly against the wall. A seven foot long sideboard crashed to the floor,. followed immediately by the sofa and two armchairs being tipped over. Next thing peggy knew, she was being bombarded with fruit from a bowl that had also crashed toThe curtains began rattling so hard they came down at one end. Thankfully, the terrifying incidences with the curtains and sheets ended abruptly after a few days.
