Coconut or Coconut?

Coconut is surprisingly divisive in desserts. Nerds were one of the ones I was most excited to get as a kid. The only time I like coconut is when it's on a cake, but that would be the only time. Those little cardboard boxes with all the cardboard openings at the top and you slide open are just fun.
