How to Manage Anxiety
The fourth technique that you can use to manage anxiety is to relax your body. And I think that this is most helpful when you're vulnerable to physical kinds of anxiety. Some people have a genetic predisposition to be a little higher strung than other people. But also things that we do like not getting enough sleep, being over caffeinated, not exercising enough. You are more likely to feel anxious physically and then you're more likely to have those anxious thoughts.
