How Do You Turn Multiple Silos Into Wisdom?

Harbor Group has 1,500 employees and it's a lot of responsibility. I think about some of my friends who have four people working in the company and everything is outsourced. Harbor Group counts on our property management company so much for not only their knowledge but their talent and capabilities. It gives us a little bit of an edge being kind of where the rubber hits the road when it comes to real estate investment business.
