Colin Grebo: When gas prices were spiking, a lot of people wanted to make energy companies out to be the villains in this and think that this is just a product of course of greed. The response from energy companies was, well, let's look at some of the policies that are driving this, he says. Grebo: New England does not have enough pipeline capacity to transport natural gas from other parts of the United States. So instead they have to use ships bringing in liquefied form and LNG.
