When Lominus and his wife started selling meat at the farmers market, they didn't make any money. They decided to set up in a bar called Ralph's Bar instead of trying to sell their food on main street. But when no one showed up, he realized it wasn't going to take long for him to get into full-time work. He now teaches people how to barbecue using an offset smoker with a refrigerator inside.
