Hogan's Hook

The advice in Hogan's book was designed to fix his hook. It's not, it's not necessarily relevant to a lot of people. And there are actual pictures showing that Hogan didn't actually do what he thought he did. So lots of it was just what he felt was real, not what he actually did.
