Lantiquite - A Ritual Greeting
From the nineteenth century till the middle of the twentieth century, labiz became a ritual greeting. It was reserved for close friends and family. In the 19 seventies, this ritual started to expand to the work place. French businesses were trying to break down the social hierarchies at work.
