I like going with the one sentence sometimes two maybe but I love the one sentence because it really lets people know what you feel about something. So many of us are not comfortable with the notion that oh if I do this this will lead to conflict and I don't want to have to deal with conflict so I'll just back away from it rather than just being clear and standing with it. Mmm repeating a boundary is very helpful over and over It's almost like a parent repeating to a child have you brush your teeth go brush your teeth goes brush your. That doesn't mean that we should give up on our boundary but that we need to lean more into repeating the boundary and really honoring it
