"i so identify with what anna was saying, and those feelings that you have of looking in being like, i must have brought this on myself somehow. This is my fault, somehow," she says. "I would hope that all therapists would know that forcing a client to give you a hug against their will is just objectively bad." She adds: "It kind of opened my eyes to a bias of mine, and something that just didn't click as much as it does after hearing anna and hearing you share your experiences"
