BTRX-7 is a weird receptor. It induces calcium influx and potassium influx if you have intermediates to me mildly high concentration of ATP. But if you have too much ATP, it forms this known specific force indicating use of both causes of T-cells. And at the same time, it's interesting because in a lot of cases with human cancers, expression of CD39 on T-cells is correlated with better prognosis. So based on what you're saying, it would suggest the CD39 is somehow regulated by TCR.
