I'm Making a Mistake, I Can't Tell When I Am Making a Mistake

i've been vidioing all my practice, and playing back as much of it as i can. It's very hard to look at what you're doing onvidio. I don't wan to look like a total goof ball, but i think that's key aspect of practice. You can practise a lot and make no progress.
