Chatbots could be great for the stuff that's mindless. When is my order going to arrive? Why hasn't it arrived? You know, questions and stuff around that. But you need to be available through all the social media platforms. A lot of people now are creating dashboards where they're pulling everything in from these different platforms using SAP year and other stuff. The customer service agent can like manage all one platform. If you're not ready to figure out how to do that, probably better outsource it to someone who can.
