Defining Success and Casualty in a Solution Space

The ability to look at a problem from a much wider lens with the input of other people and eventually understanding what those tradeoffs are is key. The outcome of D-Day is general Eisenhower understood the weight of the situation and what was in balance, right? He understood the pain of the tradeoffs but the success of the outcome far outweighed the tradeoffs.
