Some people get confused about exactly how we go about making a firm diagnosis of heart failure would preserve ejection fraction. There are now sort of three steps again outlined by the ESE 2021 guidelines. Not every center has access to invasive hematonomic monitoring. And it's not always appropriate to do it in patients. I mean, invasive monitoring does come with small but significant risk.
