No Crowd Smarter Than Another Crowd

It depends on if I'm in Minnesota, there's a bunch of white people or Atlanta. No crowd smarter than another crowd. Mobs are mobs. They lose their brain. If you're at Rikers Island or in front of a bunch of senators, you have the ability to meet these people. A bunch of senators acting kind of like a mob. Yeah. It literally crowds. You get the smartest person and you divide the IQ by the number of people in the place. It's just dumber and dumber.
