Onboarding New Employees
How do you go about onboarding new hires into the team and trying to set them up for success? You want your developers to have a deeper understanding of the product before they get exposed to the code in order to build empathy for the user. I will say that my recommendation on nonboarding is to not shorten this. Do not shorten it because this is the best investment you'll make as the new folks join in.
