Credit Creation - The Federal Reserve and Commercial Banks

A lot of people get confused and say, they're supercomminative. Every time a commercial bank makes a loane, it creates money out of thin air. The system is created anyway to always increase credit. How quick or how slow do we do that leads to a stronger or a lower impulse? And at the moment, we are in the left side of the quadrant where the impulse is actually pretty low. It has been low already since the end of last year. That's why, may 20 21 find ourselves left on the right hand side of the compass.
