The court that matters globally, because everybody follows the united states, is the supreme court of the united states. You can bet money on it, you can even bet bitcoin on it, that the court will find that bit coin is not money, it is speech. Once that happens, other nations in the world will follow and fall in line with that. And then the flood gates will be broken open for bit coin globaly.
