Taylor thought he could make something if he just had a few hours. The mayor and his assistant arrived the minute the shop was due to open. There, perfectly laid out and folded, was the finest coat that any of them had ever seen. It was all rich red with gold trim, carefully cut and supremely stitched. But what's the bad news?
