Teaching Wireless Communications Courses

For me, i teach different courses. I'm kind of lucky. But also it's difficult to teaching different courses. So i do teach some of the courses that doesn't requirea bread board, doesn't require any circuitry. It's just mat basic fundamentals. And for that its on line teaching gits fine. But for courses where you need different equipment. Like in these more advanced courses, while we need a oseoscope, that's a very expensive device. We need a way form generator, that's an expensive device. This is where we had to figure out what's a replacement for a spectrum analyzer? How can we continue the learning of wireless communication without these equipments
