Empathy and Patient Outcomes

There are times when I want to be heard and there are other times where I just want correct information as quickly as possible. We saw that a lot in our data where people would wear like a halter monitor or they'd have some panel of labs and they want to know. It may be empathy is less important than what we're thinking now, you know, by making it one of the three primary outcomes in our study. And this is an empirical assessment, but like the icky feeling of patients I have, what do we want to integrate this?
