How Do You Separate Your Mind From Your Body?
I tried to write a book called Master Your Mind and Eventually, abandoned it three times because I could not actually distinguish the place where the mind ends and the body starts. Everything was always inextricable fundamentally. And so I ran into a philosophical problem where I just had to basically scrap the book. There are times where I just have to be like, suck it up. Admit it. Move on. How can I grow for sure? For sure.
