The Use Case for Side Loading on the iPad

Mark Gurman says that this is possible that Apple will begin building the framework for side loading or possibly even third party app stores into Iowa 17. But Gurman is careful to say that it is that this could be a Europe only feature. He says, quote, I think that they're not going to shoot themselves in the foot and expand this globally if they don't have to.
