How to Cut Spending in the United States

The only thing I want to do is take away Social Security and Medicare. Right now there's 15 departments of government. I'd like to get rid of 10 of them. We don't even really have a Treasury Department anymore. Because all we have is debt, in fact, they should rename it the Secretary of the Debt.
