The first job i've had that's been remote working. I think the biggest one for me especially was, am going from li working with like your whole team around you in one place and gointi i actually been at your desk on your own in your house. And not having ni people around you, just sort of grab to ask questions or likt half general like office banter. So that was quite a challenge for people. You're a beast in england, and so you're on, you ours radio. You don't overlap with that. Were most of your co workers or beast rait, yep.
