How Do You Evaluate the Degree of Safety in an Environment?
When I have not felt safe in an environment, my ability to think drops by half. And so we can't perform at our best when we don't have that level of safety. So this is why, to me, this is absolutely foundational to any team. Before you can talk about high performance, before you can talks about creativity or innovation, the safety has to exist.
