When you lose a capable person in your company, they usuallyve been trained up for two to three years. To get work done, a new hire not only has to come on board and figure out the job,. And that thats so you're at your, say, nine months pust two years. So i think is were on to something really transformational. That i think it's all goodness. We're creating opportunities for people.
