The Importance of Re-Contracting With People
I think a big error sometimes can just be to like throw down all the wars and try suddenly to shift to this kind of egalitarian will all decide together approach. It doesn't work very well. I think there's merit sometimes in taking advantage of the fact that people are whether they appreciate it or not, they're kind of conditioned to the current reality of some kind of authority. And so using that moment as an opportunity to put forward new ways of working is demonstrably preferable. That for many people is quite convincing and reassuring.
