Do you need to work out of your unread mail folder, not your inn box, in order not to miss things? And so i'm just going to reference chapter 24 in that book, getting a grip on the paper, anemail war if you want to know more about that. Another thing is, do emal at your lower energy times. Not your most productive time. I love and i'm just whistling through my list here. I've got rules. They are a godsend to me. Some of my email expert friends sa holders aren't necessary but i use rules to manage those.
