The cost of gas and groceries are the bane of everybody's existence. People in my age cohort, they might be getting into their first or second home that they own. They're starting to see how interest rate changes affect them on a data day basis. And i think that just speaks to the magnitude of the things we're seeing this year. A lot of us haven't had a chance to live through during our working years yet.
