The Importance of Rumination in Relationships
Lisa: The internet is like the perfect tool for rumination. You can take all these things that you would like have never set out loud to anybody in your life or wouldn't know who to ask. There's an encouragement to kind of dredge the silty bottom of like your experience, she says. Lisa: I also like what you're talking about being able to be part of a community where the thing that you share is this problem.
