Epiontega: "I've got a bucket of sadness here that never got emptied, right? And every time something sad happens, i experienced that whole bucket" He says the term emotional debt speaks very clearly to what this is. It reminds him of the term technical debt, for those who don't know; it's when you're developing soft ware and take all kinds of short cuts in order to get things done. Epiontega said he went deep into childhood experiences where he tried to sort of re experience and re feel them.
