The Importance of Sales Velocity

The biggest like conversion rates we care about is how many new appointments do we have each week? Like how many quality discovery calls? That's a huge metric for us. And then the other thing is like, what is actually our close rate? I don't really want us presenting proposals unless we feel pretty confident about it. We need every person to have X number of, um, quality new discovery calls. But definitely sales velocity matters a lot to us.
