The SIBO's Intraday Short Sale Proposal

The SIBO had filed a proposal to do an intraday short sale every 15 minutes. If you go onto the website onto the SIBO's website, they have a report at the end of the day. It will show you trade by trade, all the trades that happen on each one of their exchanges and whether or not the sale was short. Rufus T. Firefly from Daksup is where it came from. He then figures out that they've been doing this every day since he doesn't even know how many years could be five, seven years.
