The meeting leader tends to have much more positive experiences of the interaction than the rest of the attends. So when n yo from a meeting leader's perspective, they're very positive. But that's because they have control, they have agency, right? Everyone else is giving up their agency and control to walk into that meeting. And we got to break that cycle. We can all become better stewards.
