The Importance of Fasting for Women

I find when I 12 hours 14, 12, maybe up to 14 hours is great. But even when you start wishing it to sort of 16 hours for a lot of women, it just feels too much. So really my meal is at home. And so I do a 24 hour faster more every Wednesday and I'm I didn't lose weight. Is this causing stress? Is this making my health worse or is it benefiting me? You have to always ask it's this, is this helping me? Am I feeling better?
