The 2022 update for antibiotic dosing in obese patients was published by some awesome pharmacists and pharmacotherapy. This guidance paper was originally published in 2017 and included recommendations for 34 antimicrobials. In table two, identifies specific dosing weights to use for a variety of our antibiotics. They recommend some doses here that I don't think I would have instantly thought of.
