Creating a New Neuronal Pathway

Once you've selected your thought, you have to actually practice it. I told my clients to put that shit on a sticky note and put it on your computer. You can set a phone alarm to remind you to think the thought a few times a day. Associate it with a song and play that song all the time when you're commuting. Anything you can do to practice the thought over and over again. It would be amazing if you only had to think a new thought once. And then that was that. But when you're starting, you're retraining your brain. You're creating a new neural pathway. The old neural pathway is like really strong. Right?
