I think a lot of reps get really good up until after the proposal gets put in. I always try to do that with introducing myself on an airplane because they see what I'm wearing. And you don't know who though, and the customer doesn't know who those people are in the company sometimes. It can become difficult, especially if it's global, because then you have all these security conundrums like GDPR.
