The United States Isn't Trying to Re-Expand Its Borders

Russia is the last empire in Europe it's continuously trying to re-expand its borders here people say this is great power competition. The United States does all kinds of things that the rest of the world doesn't like does that justify Russia you know basically devastating Ukraine? I mean there'd be skeptics would might think differently about that I suppose they might but that's exactly our problem because we're justifying what Russia is doing to Ukraine, he says.
