I feel like those frustrations in the sense that there wasn't a political solution available is partly at work when people say they feel like something like a second civil war is a possibility. i do think that there are conflicts that are burning and we're struggling to resolve them. And so far that's bolerable on traditional numbers of jus tupallers along traditional lines. If you not political equality among black americans, then you have some form of political inequality amongst all Americans.
