The Future of Co-Ops

If there's any indication what's happening in the thought leader space, especially from attending Dow Harvard just recently, we will see more co-ops in this space. Another really great thing about co-ops is that they're a reg D exception to the SEC. So then if we engage with co-op legislation, we have much more assurance that the SEC isn't going to do regulation through enforcement and especially because the SEC right now is perhaps to use a bit of a salty word antagonistic towards our space period.
