You might listen to a show or podcast, maybe this one, and not understand everything. That's normal. Maybe you feel you don't understand much. But if you go back, if you listen to it again, listen to the recording. If the shows are fairly easy for you, then you don't need to repeat. But if it's a little difficult, I recommend repeating.
