Tenant Movement

The UC strike was inspired by a group of failed tenant organizers in Santa Cruz. They set out to organize the tenants of UC, like as a landlord, and failed. And then they directed themselves to their employer because they could not afford rent. "I feel like these kinds of connections are really going to be part of the, it really have to bepart of the tenant movement going forward"
