Is Full Agonist Pain Control a Good Option?

Buprenorphine is a partial agonist at the opioid receptor. It's also super high affinity, and so I kind of describe it as like it clamps onto that opioid receptor and binds tighter. People should stay on buprenorphine. You can use full agonists like hydromorphone and fentanyl for pain.
