Cross paradematic and kind of coaching or leadership, it's really important. I'm not quite sure if there's a question inside of what i'm saying, but i juit more it inspires a response. And then, anhencircling is the sameut. But there's something about circling. And another practice we do, whichi think is like a next step from circling, which we call surrendered leadership. What happens in that environment is people come in, and they have parparadomatic experts, or genius south anand,. They're bringing that energy ino practice. So as a surrendered leadership facilitateer, yo, cannot have a really rocky ride.
