The Positive Side of Exercises Is You Stress

Stress has a lot of negative connotations doesn't it people always assume that stress is just negative yeah. It's actually a very positive fact that there's you stress but exercise when it's positive is is you stress. When you exercise vigorously you get little micro tears in your blood vessels andmicro tears in your your muscles but these get repaired stronger than the word before. That's why we get physically stronger and in the cardiovascular system improves etc etc so exercise is great in that way.
