The Effects of Ketogenic Diets on Lean Body Mass

There have been a few studies lately that we've covered in mass about, you know, ketogenic diets for the purpose of gaining muscle. And so both of these meta analyses pretty much ended up pointing in the same direction,. A lot of times we do observe reductions in body weight whether it's supposed to happen or not. Alot of times we see reductions in fat mass and body fat percentage. But the non qegenic comparator diets tend to do a little bit better when it comes to gains in lean body mass., sometimes gains in a different strength and power outcome.
