Customer Success - What Kind of Inspired You to Work in Customer Success?
What inspired you to work specifically in the customer success field? It's such a great question. I've always been attracted to trans in technology for human good and for human impact. When an opportunity came to support implementation of a atim technology in parts of india, that caught my attention. And i wanted to think about how we could take this technology, which at that point was atiem technology, and translate that to human impact.
